Burns             -  Felicia Messimer  Chairman Daryl Meyer DARYL MEYER, FARMERS COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATION - FCA is one of the oldest ongoing businesses in Gillette, organized in 1923, and owned by the local ranchers. Daryl Meyer moved to Gillette in 2004 to assume his current position as General Manager of the company. Daryl is a native of Kansas and received a Bachelor of Feed Science degree at Kansas State University and has been employed in cooperatives since college. He has managed cooperatives in Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota and Iowa, and has done projects for the US Agency for International Development organizing cooperatives in Africa and the Middle East. Daryl is a 2005 graduate of the GALI program, has been a Chamber Energizer since 2006 and is on the Chamber retail committee.
