Before her appointment to the President position, she served as the Director of Sales and Marketing and has been with the Chamber for 5 years. Simon has a Masters (ABT) in Communications from the University of Wyoming and a B.A. from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma with an emphasis in Public Relations and Marketing. Simon will graduate in January 2009 from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute of Organizational Management and currently serves as a Board Member for the Wyoming Chambers of Commerce Executives and President of the Board for the Wyoming Chambers of Commerce Benefit Association.
