Organized by the Chamber’s Retail Committee, the Gillette is the Place to Bee Holiday Promotion kicks off November 24 and promotes shopping local in Gillette. Residents who shop at 22 businesses are eligible to be entered to win two $400 “homemade dough” gift certificates each week—for a total of $3,200.

Residents are encouraged to look for the holiday Stinger the Bee, the campaign’s bumblebee mascot (pictured above), in the windows of participating businesses. To enter, customers must write their name and phone number on a ticket stub available at the business. Each Saturday, two winners are drawn, and announced on Fox Country 100.7. Winners must bring their ticket to redeem their prize at the location of the live radio broadcast on the following dates:
- November 24, Campbell County Chamber of Commerce, 314 S. Gillette Ave.
- December 1, FCA Country Store, 1206 S. Douglas Highway
- December 8, Aloha Scuba and Travel, 1105 W. First St.
- December 15, Wyoming Work Warehouse, 410 E. Lakeway Rd.
